1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• Wrong product received
• Damaged product delivered
• Defective product
  You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Note:
We do not accept returns for:

• Colour variations due to lighting or screen settings
• Used/Worn/Washed items
• Size issues unless a wrong size was delivered
• Customized or sale items

2. Process for Return

Email us at collectionsmeenakshi6@gmail.com with:

• Order number
• Product images/video
• Reason for return

Our team will review and approve/decline the request.

3. Pickup & Reverse Shipping

• Reverse pickup is arranged for eligible orders.
• If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may need to ship the item back.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Refund Processing

Once the product is received and inspected:

• We will accept return , exchange, replacement and damage with in 3 days of time, once we receive the item, we will replace the item with 3-6 working days,
• Once refund is approved, we will credit the refund amount with in 7 working days

5. Exchange

Exchange is available only for:

• Size replacement
• Same product, same price

Exchange depends on stock availability.
